Hey there, I’m Erika!
I’m the heart (and camera) behind Erika Kelly Photography, capturing the sweetest, tiniest moments for families in South Louisiana. As a mama of four, I know firsthand how quickly these days pass,, one minute you’re rocking them to sleep, the next they’re off on their own adventures. That’s why I’m here: to help you freeze time, to wrap up these fleeting moments in classic, heirloom quality portraits that will be treasured for generations.
My style? Timeless, organic, and full of warmth. I believe in soft, dreamy tones, little toes, and the kind of images that make your heart skip a beat every time you walk past them on your walls. From the first baby bump to the tiniest fingers wrapped around yours, I’ll be there to tell your story with care, intention, and a little bit of magic.

I’M A MAMA TO FOUR AMAZING KIDDOS. LIFE IS BUSY, LOUD, AND FULL OF LOVE—EXACTLY HOW I LIKE IT! MY EXPERIENCE AS A MOM HELPS ME CAPTURE THOSE SWEET, FLEETING MOMENTS THAT YOU’LL CHERISH FOREVER.

I TEACH THE TINIEST LEARNERS! WHEN I’M NOT BEHIND THE CAMERA, I’M IN THE CLASSROOM AS A TEACHER TO A BUNCH OF FUN, ENERGETIC, AND HILARIOUS THREE-YEAR-OLDS. LET’S JUST SAY PATIENCE AND CREATIVITY ARE PART OF MY DAILY ROUTINE!

The best Santa photos and experience! This will be our 3rd year doing Erika's Santa Experience, and my kids look forward to it every year. A few years ago, we decided we wanted more than just a hurried photo with Santa. My kids wanted to talk to Santa, tell him what they wanted for Christmas, etc. Erika creates an experience that allows for the magic of a conversation and time spent with Santa. She then does an amazing job at capturing that magic and excitement. We treasure these photos each year, they’re priceless memories. I highly recommend Erika’s Santa Experience session!
